We offer a multitude of outlet pressure, seat material, and flow coefficient options. Our sensitive, long life, 316L stainless steel diaphragms insure gas purity and integrity. We offer a wide variety of body materials, porting options, and connections to meet your specific needs, while minimizing the internal unswept volume of the regulator. Series 12 |
|
The Neon 12 Series is a compact, lightweight, and high purity back pressure regulator. Our sensitive, long life, 316L stainless steel diaphragms and a Cv of 0.3 affords steady upstream control of pressure from low to moderate flow applications even with fluctuating flow conditions. It can be used for both gas and liquid applications. The large sensing diaphragm provides sensitive throttling action making the Series 12 a superior choice over a relief valve. We offer a wide variety of body materials, porting options, and connections to meet your specific needs while minimizing the internal unswept volume of the regulator. Series 20 |
|
Designed for applications with low inlet pressures or higher flows, the Series 20 can handle inlet pressures as high as 6000 psig. Even with large changes of flow, the regulator can closely hold to its set outlet pressure, making this regulator a good choice as a primary regulator feeding another downstream regulator. When used with optional low Cv values the Series 20 becomes a super-sensitive regulator, where the high diaphragm to Cv ratio gives excellent control, even to very low pressures in inches of water column. Designed to offer many choices to match your specific needs, the Series 20 is available in different body materials, Cv values, porting options, and seat materials. Series 30 |
|
The Series 30 regulator offers control ranges from 1,000 to 2,500 psig with inlet pressures up to 6000 psig. Based on our Series 10 regulator, but with a piston sensor instead of a diaphragm, we are able to offer all of the same porting configurations, seat materials, and Cv values as that series, but with a much higher delivery pressure. The Series 30 can be configured as either a cylinder-type or a line regulator. It can be supplied with gauges, outlet valve, or CGA fittings. It has a 10 micron filter as standard and has bubble-tight shutoff. Features and Benefits

Series 44 |
|
The Series 44 semi-automatic changeover provides an uninterrupted supply of gas to your instrumentation or process. Incorporating two Neon Series 10 regulators into one body minimizes space requirements while providing the high purity construction of the Series 10. The outlet of this assembly feeds another Series 10 regulator to provide final regulation for your application. When the primary source bottle reaches the preset crossover point thesecondary bottle automatically takes over. Turning the indicator knob so that the arrow points to the now-active source bottle allows replacing the original primary cylinder, which will then take over automatically when the secondary bottle is depleted. A wide variety of options such as pigtails, CGAs, check valves, pressure switches, and outlet valves allow you to customize this item to your specific requirements. Typical Applications

Series 87 |
|
The Neon Controls Series 87 protocol station includes a Neon Controls regulator, a nipple, and a 316L stainless steel cross all mounted on a heavy duty bracket. The cross has three open ports all connected to the inlet of the regulator. Typically, one port is used for a flexible armored hose with check valve and CGA, which is connected to a gas cylinder. Other ports can be used for a purge connection, pressure indicator, switch, or are just plugged off for future use. The station can be configured for either horizontal or vertical mounting. The diagram below is the typical horizontal configuration. When done vertically the regulator is mounted on the top, with the cross on the bottom. The nipple goes to an inlet port 90° from the normal regulator input port, which is plugged. Typical Applications
